Conditions and useful informations

• The prices are for 1 person/1 day and included for a minimum stay of 3 days, including energy consumption and taxes except the local tourist tax (3,00 euro person/day);
• The price includes all services of the house;
• In the apartments it is strictly forbidden to smoke; a lounge for smoking is in the house;
• Reservation, can be confirmed only when we have received your deposit equal to 1/3 of total amount;
• Apartment is reserved from 2:00 in the afternoon of your arrival day, to 9:00 o'clock in the morning of your departure day;
• Small, well behaved pets: 15,00 € per day;
• Final-cleaning for each apartment at end of stay € 60.00;
• We accept credit cards only for the deposit payment;
  
  

Cancellation conditions (art. 1382 and 1341 of the Italian Civil Code):

In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to give us written communication.:

• Cancellation up to 1 month before the arrival: return of the deposit;
• Cancellation from 4 to 3 weeks before the arrival: we can not return of the deposit (30%);
• Cancellation from 2 weeks to 8 days before the arrival: the 60% of the apartment price will be charged;
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival: the 80% of the apartment price will be charged;

In case of no-show, delayed arrival or early departure, the total price of the whole reserved stay is charged.
We recommend that you contact your insurance company and purchase a travel insurance policy with coverage for cancellation and/or interruption or insurance in the event of your delayed arrival.
